I am a returning customer to this place, with this time being my 4th or 5th visit. The ambiance is as relaxing as they could have it, but was my first time brazzilian waxing and unfortunately my landing strip is not as big as i wanted it! but will still return.

On arrival there was a sign on the wall saying cash only, I only had a card on me. they told me the machine "wasn't working". When I said I only had card they tried the machine and it worked fine. Someone else came out from a treatment just after I paid and they told them "we normally only take cash" but allowed card payment. If you only want to take cash, 1, make that clear in advance. 2, why? Made it seem a bit "back street".
The treatment received and the treatment rooms were absolutely fine, its just the cash verses card situation that put me off. Having said that I would consider using them again but would only use them by buying and paying through Treatwell.
