The room used was lovely, very pretty and clean and smelt amazing. The wax was done very efficiently and though it was initially a little hot I mentioned it and immediately it was adjusted to be perfect. Thoroughly recommend as any bikini area waxing can be very painful but this was kept down and the leg wax I also recieved was so quick it was over before I could blink. An episode of sex and the city was played during the wax which worked as a good distraction - nice idea.

I have been going there for more than 2 years now and I believe the staff should be more flexible to loyal customers. It is like visiting for the first time every time I go. No extra effort from the staff re customer service, they just get the job done!
