Staff where friendly but professional and rooms are clean, the service is quick. Would be nice if they had more special offers on a monthly basis to keep to the customers loyal.

My wax was really good, maybe a little too thorough as have been left a bit sore even a few days after but overall the therapist was really lovely. This place does exactly what it says on the tin and is good value for money. I think I do prefer the other branch in Farringdon as although it is quite basic as well it does feel a bit more 'premium'.
