The luxury wax bar is in the lower level of the Pharmacentre. Important to know that as you would have no idea it is there and might think you are in the wrong place. Once I entered the wax bar I was greeted warmly by reception. I was brought into an immaculate space that adorably decorated- girly, comfortable, and clean! Alexandra and I discussed what I wanted (Brazilian wax) and she gave me a few moment to change privately before she started the treatment. The Sex and the City movie was playing on a small tv on the wall. This was a fun distraction! But honestly, this was the least painful Brazilian I have ever had! Alexandra did an amazing job! My whole experience from start to finish was perfect.
Just a note that the area on Edgware Rd where this establishment is located is a tad bit dodgy. Do not let that stop you from having the best waxing experience of your life!
