I felt welcomed and at ease, and even though the place is small it serves the purpose.
Theodora, the lady I saw, was brilliant; gentle and kind and very professional and good.
Sex and the city was playing in the background which was a nice idea for entertainment but I had far more interesting chat with Theo.
The only small criticism I have is with the bathroom, which could have been tidier and cleaner (that's why I rated the cleanliness as 4, the treatment room/wax was all clean and disposable). I will definitely return and highly recommend Theodora and the place.
