I love the service and the friendliness of the staff. I love that they play movies and tv series whilst your having your treatment done. They are very fast and efficient compared to many places in London and the quality of the treatment is great, i have never left unsatisfied from this establishment.

Alexandra was my aesthetician/waxer and she was AMAZING. I usually leave a waxing session feeling sticky, itchy, and sore. None of that happened with her, she made me feel at ease and because it had been so long since my last month (oop!) she took extra care. I cannot recommend her enough, literally the best wax of my life and I've tried upwards of 15 different people/places!
