It is my first time and the experience was not as painful as I thought it would be mainly because the lady was very professional and friendly. Staff were very welcoming and they ensured my visit was a pleasant one.

This is a great efficient venue. I often visit for last minute appointments as they have many slots available. This time I tried the hot wax. I was a little disappointed with the legs as she was not as efficient as she was (and I have experienced) with the underarm and it hurt a bit from where she was trying to get the wax off and this happened a few times. Apart from that all was good. I left with hair free soft legs and underarms. The venue is clean and great value. I would definitely recommend it.
