I am going to this place for years, so I am regular customer and overall enjoy the service and think it is great. However this time particularly I did not have as great experience as usual, as wax was placed not just where the hair have to be taken out, but all over the intimate parts. I would have left this and would not have written a review, but this is the second time exactly this beautician does this to me. With others I did not have such experience and all was perfect. And I hope this was also the last time. I still an thinking to continue coming, as in other cases I did not have this experience, but if it repeats, I might consider changing...

Lovely staff. Very quick and didn't draw out the process. I would say that the wax felt slightly too hot especially as it is on the intimate parts.
Love this place and will continue coming for my waxing.
