Catalina was amazing! I explained to her that my last wax was so bad that I had regrowth after a week because a lot of the hair was broken rather than pulled at the root which is why I didn't want to go back to the Farringdon branch. She was incredibly sympathetic and understanding, especially every time I flinched. I also told her that after a wax previous to that, I'd had swelling that lasted a few days. She shook her head and told me that my skin must have been torn. However, I didn't experience any of this with her. She was quick and thorough and hugely knowledgable - she explained to me why they put your legs in certain positions during a wax, in order to achieve the best results. She was particular about getting every last baby hair - she even managed to get out an ingrown hair that I've been desperately hoping would come out on its own for the last three months. She asked me to check whether I was happy with the results before she finished, which I didn't know was a thing, but I'm appreciative of. It's not often that you meet therapists in the beauty industry that genuinely care about their clients and want to give them the best treatment but Catalina is definitely one of those people. I actually walked out with a smile on my face and that's because I finally had a wax that was worth the pain. I will definitely be booking with her from now on. Thank you again!
On a side note, the venue is odd because they're situated in a pharmacy and the waiting room is on the small side but the treatment rooms themselves are spacious and relaxing.

I work at Liverpool Street area but travel all the way to the Edgware Road location (there is also a Farringdon branch) - love this salon. Have tried many before finding this place. Great professionalisn. I can't praise them enough.
