Very friendly welcome and my beautician was happy to chat away throughout my wax which made me forget where I was and made it a bit less painful. Very efficient and quick (website stated 1 hour for my treatments but I was done in 40mins). Would definitely come back, but perhaps provide some instructions to find this place as it is in the back of a pharmacy, down some stairs and is tricky to find.
