This was my first time waxing so I was a bit worried about how much it would hurt. The staff was lovely and explained everything, however not all hair was taken and have been left with some there to shave which is annoying.

They are always quick, professional, and do fantastic work. THIS is the place I will always go to in London. In and out, and last time they had on Arrested Development which was a great distraction.
