Staff and ambience were great. It's located inside the pharmacy at the end and to the right, down some stairs. I liked the decor and colour scheme. There was some music playing. The seating area was a little small. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I arrived early so the wax wasn't ready yet. It was my first Hollywood waxing experience so I was a bit nervous. There was a TV on showing Sex and the City. She also spoke to me during the procedure which helped. The wax was not put on my skin too hot, it was the right temperature. She showed me the hairs that had been pulled out. She didn't use strips. She noticed I have had issues with ingrown hairs and recommended an Italian chemical exfoliant cream with AHA, witchhazel and tea tree oil which I bought. She mentioned that since it was my first time the results won't be perfect and some hair will but left. She said she didn't want to irritate the skin but continuous waxing one area. She did use tweezers to pluck stray hairs. Two weeks later I would say 1/3 of the hair has grown back but I would return due to the quality service
