Esmeralda is always amazing. Great waxing experience.

The service is good, it was not that painful and the place is calm and clean. It really helped having a TV to distract me during the waxing.
The only issue was that they call me to cancel my appointment that same morning because of tube strikes, but finally were able to start just 10 min later.
