Returned for the 2nd time for a Hollywood & Full Leg Wax because of my very good experience. Unfortunately very different and unprofessional this time. Felt very rushed: treatment was finished about 15min before the allocated (when booking) time. Not only strip wax from a hand roller was used on legs instead of pot wax that was used on my first visit which always makes a difference but also the therapist seemed not very focused and willing to do the job thoroughly. The next day I’ve ended up having to spend quite a bit of time using my epilator at home to get myself into appropriate state. What is even more frustrating after 3 days there was a significant regrowth on my bikini area which means hair were broken instead of pulled out. It really is a shame as my first visit few months ago was just perfect. I appreciate that salon is busy and that could’ve been just a one-off but I think there needs to be a significant improvement in the quality of treatments.
