Evertime I go I get a different therapist, which is fine as I chose the first one available, and all of them are always friendly and good at waxing. Today I was a little disappointed with Olga, she was “rough” and very heavy handed with her technique. If you could give her this feedback, after you just waxed an area you shouldn’t pass your hand on top with latex gloves in a heavy handed way! She could be more delicate and not try to rush everything.
