Customer service was excellent as per usual. Waxing was great- had a Hollywood hot wax and full leg strip wax but there's 4 stars this time as patches were missed. Also had an eyebrow wax which involved more plucking than wax. The end product was great - loved the shape of my eyebrows and how they looked but i could have plucked them into that shape at home and saved myself £15
