My therapist was not extremely friendly and was rushing through the wax as if she wanted to be done as quickly as possible, and in the process kept trying to remove the wax while it was still warm which caused me a lot of unnecessary pain. This is my first time coming to this branch, needless to say I while be sticking with the Exmouth branch.
