I normally have my wax with Catalina, who is wonderful. Very thorough, gentle an attentive.
This time however, I had my wax with Flory and was very disappointed.
When I emailed the venue to complain, they told me all the things that Flory did ... she apparently removed all the excess wax left on my body, did not leave any patches of hair, cleaned the wax she dripped over my face and arm, and apologised... none of which is true.
I WAS left with excess wax in various places including some that were not due to be waxed, she did NOT offer to fix or clean this & she definitely did NOT apologise. I even had strings of wax dripped through the hair on my head that was noticed by someone else and had a nightmare trying to remove it without losing any more of my hair
I was so upset that they would reply to my email in such a way as to call me a liar. I have been going there for years without complaint, why would I now make this up.
They have now lost this customer.
