I had a very positive experience, as I did the previous times I booked m chest and stomach wax.
Geanina (if I remember correctly) was pretty welcoming, friendly and professional. She made me feel at ease and relaxed as we talked about films (one of my favourite subject) and travelling across Europe.
Also, the room was spotless.
Will defentely go back again in the future.
