Have Hollywood waxed for 10+ years, of which 8 of them have been with LWB, but I can safely say this was the worst experience I've ever had. Please keep your reputation and repeat customers by asking Keerti to never wax anyone again.

The wax salon is inside the pharmacy on the main road. Ambience not great but the service was fantastic. Would probably go to their Soho branch more than this one.
