This was my first time booked in with Viktoriia and she was brilliant. I mentioned I was nervous as I have quite sensitive skin and she was quick to reassure me. She worked quickly and kept me updated on the progress, and made friendly but not forced conversation. Will definitely be booking in with her in the future!
