Pedicure they guy couldn’t paint a white tip 3 other people had to try I wanted a white tip with it longer on the side they couldn’t do, he left my foot with hard skin pedicure was only 10 minutes long and it was 40 minutes to try and paint my nail, they shouted at me, they was all so rude all because I ask nicely for them to fix what they done wrong but because I said it wasn’t right they wasn’t happy but I’m a paying customer that paid £80 here for my hand a toes, really not happy

Absolutely rude spoke about me in there language and laughed because I asked for the white tip to be thicker made me feel uncomfortable the lady kept huffing and puffing because I wanted the white tip thicker and I asked them to change the base colour of my nails because the first colour she put on a tester nail I liked but didn’t go well with my skin it was to light so I asked to change it and it was a big problem and they wasn’t happy i changed my mind

Amazing team!
I had 2 members of the team completing my pedicure and infills. I was so very happy with the outcome. They also accommodated to one of my finger nails being broken and one of my toe nails being a problem.
Very friendly and will definitely come again!
