Not all staff speak fluent English. I came with an idea to do gel manicure (baby boomer). Due to the language barrier the nail technician (male) started doing an acrylic and wanted to charge me £45. I said I booked a gel manicure for £28. I needed up leaving the salon with one colour nails, I didn’t have any more energy to explain the nail technician what I wanted if he had to ask for someone to translate everything to him every time I spoke. Nails are done well though. Salon should be cleaner.
