I usually have a good experience here, and the first manicurist was excellent as always. However, I was handed over to another technician for my chrome nail art tips, and unfortunately the result was disappointing. While they looked nice at first, once I stepped outside I noticed the tips were uneven, the finish looked untidy, and there were visible gaps in the chrome. Considering the price, I expected a higher standard of quality.

They left the acetone on my nails for 30 minutes and nails are so weak now and a few broke. Only used 1 coat of nail polish so you can’t see the colour well. They let too many people in and don’t honour appointments.
