The nail tech really hurt my partner’s toe, and cut too deeply into her cuticle. They also charged me £21+ extra, just for booking on Treatwell because apparently Treatwell take a fee from them. Don’t set up your business on a platform, and then complain and overcharge people for finding you through there, and using it to book. Makes no sense! Nails were gorgeous, just won’t ever go again due to the poor communication and service.
