Left with the thinnest, most damaged nails of my life. The entire removal took 15 minutes (probably bc they don’t care when not done at their salon) metal e-file, a 5 min soak (half the time needed), then rough file again. That's just grinding through my nail plate in two rounds, not removal.. He also filed the surface so much that he made a whole in the white part of my nail…BIAB is pointless if this is how it's removed. You pay to build your nails up just to have them ground back down. Avoid.
