STAY WELL CLEAR!!!! Complete waste of time! So unprofessional! I turned up for my appointment and the whole place was in darkness! I called the number on the store front and the mobile number through my booking confirmation and both went straight to voicemail. Wasted my whole morning travelling there for nothing and nobody has since been in contact with me to explain why the place wasn’t open! TERRIBLE! They obviously think your time is worth nothing.

Unprofessional and very disappointing. Once I arrived at the salon I received an email from my therapist to say she can't make my booking and can we reschedule. I explained how I wasn't happy as I drove from Leigh in peak traffic to get there in time and I thought she would have seen the booking as I originally booked it in for 12pm and it was rearranged for 4:30pm. I hadn't had a response until I had to call her to ask for a refund where I didn't get an apology. WASTE OF TIME!
