Before I proceed with the review, I wanted to clarify that I did NOT have Alexandra as my beautician and unfortunately, the one I had does not appear on the Treatwell website but my booking comes under Alexandra.
Unfortunately, my Brazilian hot wax was one of the most painful experiences I have had in a very long time. My beautician was very friendly but clearly very inexperienced with hot wax and made the whole process unnecessarily long and more painful than it needed to be.
