I had such an exceptional experience at Luxury Beauty & Spa! 😍 I was looked after by the amazing Emma for my first ever Hollywood (hot) wax! I was so nervous, but Emma did so well talking me through the process, and giving me breathing cues to ease the entire process. We had great conversations in between waxes, which honestly kept me nicely occupied and I didn’t even realise when it was all over. Emma was very attentive and created a very safe space for me to feel comfortable and relaxed ❤️
