Natalia (I hope I got that right!) was wonderful and took her time. Didn’t keep waxing the same spot (which sometimes happens when the hair is growing in different directions) which was great because of my sensitive skin! Also the reception lady is always so so lovely and friendly. This place is so clean and calm and always running on time! Thank you very much for the consistent service!
