Treatment great. Slightly unfortunate that their salon was closed at short notice due to ongoing building work, and treatment was therefore conducted in a hotel room, but a good treatment still and very polite, professional service.

the staff were really nice and professional, and taught me how to keep my hair the way I like it. I have never been so happy after a haircut. most importantly, all was done within 40 minutes as I have to get back to work. it was truly an amazing experience.
