Ruta was nice and friendly and professional at the same time. The venue is a beautiful little hidden gem at the end of the High Road in Woodford. The promax inch loss treatment felt effective. I noticed my stomach was a bit flatter than when I arrived for the first treatment. The treatment was shorter than I expected though. I have yet to achieve full results until further sessions, but I recommend trying it if you are serious about keeping healthy overall, to slim down a certain area of the body with an added boost from this treatment.
