I can’t comment on the quality of the treatment as unfortunately it did not take place. A case of read the reviews first: l called and messaged several times after arriving for the appointment but no answer.
I’ve since asked for a refund - still no response and can’t get this back from Treatwell without approval from Luxelity first. Wish I’d read the reviews before travelling so far to the appointment and paying for treatment I didn’t receive as I’m not the first person this has happened to.

I turned up early and text because I couldn’t find the venue. Got no reply. Rang 7 times. No reply. Finally left 15 minutes after appt was due to start. It’s a day later and Still no reply. And I have no idea how to get a refund on this stupid app.
