Kimberley is great and the facial was really relaxing. The only negative is that the peaceful atmosphere was slightly marred by the fact you can hear little kids screaming in the cafe area which is nearby. A bit more sound proofing for the treatment room would be good.

I had a lovely full body massage, the room was nice and cosy and the massage was firm but very comfortable and relaxing.
Just a note to new customers that it is just a room, so wait in the gym's cafe and they will come to get you, I interrupted another treatment thinking I had to let her know I was there and felt really bad!
