Had my 2nd BIAB at The BeautyRoom and I love it, really wish I had found Kimberley sooner, she is so welcoming and her quality of work is excellent. If you’re looking for a more natural manicure I would definitely recommend Kimberley at The Beauty Room

I will never use this salon again I had my nails done with gel. On the day of the treatment Kim was extremely poorly coughing & really shouldn’t have been doing any treatments. After 4 days my nails started to lift I contacted Kim via their messenger to advise I received no reply. I sent several messages over the course of 8 days to be ignored. I also rung Kim’s business mobile to be ignored again. I finally rcvd a call from Kim who was ext rude after I asked for a full refund. Not acceptable.
