I suffer with rocacea break outs, Kim is always there to help me. I absolutely loved my facial that helped to calm it down and also very relaxing. Kim also gave me good advice what products to use to help my skin. Brilliant. Looking forward to my next facial.

This was my first time having a BIAB nail manicure and I am quite satisfied so far. The nails hold the shape and look lovely, still have their shine after a week! Kimberley is lovely, friendly and chatty and the venue is always clean. Itโs a hidden gem within Sports Direct.
