I booked a wash and cut, and the whole process was efficient and well taken care of. Very attentive and extra time was taken to make sure it was exactly how I wanted. Offered tea on top of this which was well needed after the cold rainy weather outside!

I asked for trim with long layers and my hair blended at the front, and i now have uneven layering and massive junks taken out of the front, with my hair thinned out at the back so it looks ratty and unkempt...and feathering which i never asked for! Absolute nightmare.
