The staff are really friendly and the wax was very thorough but it's a warm wax with strips not a hot wax so the overall result isn't as good

First time visit and I wasn't disappointed. Had booked for eyebrow threading I thought if they had time to give me a wash and blow dry, they did 😊. Thank you so much, will definetly book again.
