I asked for trim with long layers and my hair blended at the front, and i now have uneven layering and massive junks taken out of the front, with my hair thinned out at the back so it looks ratty and unkempt...and feathering which i never asked for! Absolute nightmare.

This was the worst haircut I have ever had! I arrived and Ewa didnt even comb my hair properly, I know this because after I left I found a chunk of hair left at the back longer which my friend had to cut for me as it looked ridiculous.
She didnt check my parting and just cut away, when she finished she asked if i liked it and I had to tell her one side was longer than the other. She then cut away on one side and then hacked away on both side.
I now have hair that is too short with 'layers' that are all of the place and look like a child has cut it.
