I’m not one to leave bad reviews but exactly 3 days after having the eyelash extensions done they have mostly fallen off already! I’ve been so careful to avoid water, no rubbing and no make up on and around them but they’re pretty much all gone anyway. Fake eyelashes glued on at home would have been better. I’m so disappointed they didn’t even last long enough for the wedding at the weekend, which is the reason I got them done.

Actual manicure was ok, the colour wasn't quite the same as the samples that they showed me to choose from but not a major issue. Overall not a very relaxing experience, the staff were clearly rushed off their feet, my manicurist was so busy talking to her colleagues and checking her phone for incoming appointments that the nail file and her own nails scratched me several times where she wasn't paying full attention! The manicurist also changed halfway through to what looked a member of staff learning and being supervised. Good job the manicure itself was acceptable as the customer service was poor! Also, the price on Treatwell was more expensive than booking direct, despite being advertised as 'special offer'
