My lashes are always fab from here. This was the first time I’d had a pedicure and unfortunately I have had better for the money. I wish I could rate it higher as the staff are lovely and helpful.
The place was a lot further away than I thought it was (nearer Regent’s Park than Bond Street and didn’t have a very good atmosphere. But the nail therapist was quick and efficient and the outcome looks good. Can’t comment yet on how well it lasts. I didn’t have the pedicure so giving it 5 starts to avoid downrating.
It was great that I was able to get a booking within an hour and I didnt have to wait long at all. Unfortunately the choice of nail colours wasnt great and after much time choosing one that was OK I was told only the few from the board marked with a corss were available. So options were very limited but I eventually settled on something a bit different to my usual.. There was a language barrier which made explaining what shape I was after for my nails difficult and I felt more care could have been taken to file them. It felt a bit rough and the dremel made my cuticle bleed at one point. That said, the finished look was good and done very quickly. I would also add that I felt a pain every time I put my hands under the UV light, a hot burning sensation on the nail bed Im assuming from the chemical reaction that occurs. It was bearable but I wondered if that was normal as I was not pre warned. The nails lasted fine for a week or so before beginning to chip and peel off, but remained nice and glossy on the surface. I would say you get what you pay for here, which was a very reasonable £15.00
