My appointment was at 6:30pm and I had to wait for half an hour to be served. Luckily I did not have any other plan so I was alright with the wait but there were two other ladies who left because they could not wait anymore. It was my first time getting eyelash extension so I did not know much about them but the staff was so knowledgable and did a fantastic job. I would've given 5 stars if my left eye didn't hurt (one of the eyelashes' root was sort of touching my eye ball) and if there was no wait. But the quality of the final result is amazing and great value for the price.
