Service could have been a lot better and more professional. Lots of the lashes fell out the next day! So it’s not even a week later and I’m booking an infill elsewhere. Won’t be returning

This a no fuss no frills kind of place. My manicure left a bit to be desired. The guy doing it wasn’t very careful resulting in gel around my cuticles which didn’t look very clean. When asked to try and address it (I was off to a party) he filed the ends /edges of nails (resulting in it chipping the next day!). He was also very rude when choosing a pedi colour actually throwing the selection at the seat (which might have been due to a language barrier but still!) luckily the manager came to save the day! My pedi was great, but slow the girl had just started but she took care and it was great. I returned 2 days later with my chipped nails and they were fixed by the manager after some wait (they are busy during the week!). She is certainly the best!

I had a spare 2 hours near the venue so booked and went straight to the appointment. Unfortunately something went wrong with the app so I ended up booking the appointment twice. A member of staff recommended that I have my toenails painted as a refund would be too difficult. As it is the winter I would have preferred the refund as I don’t get my toenails out! The venue was clean but the ambience was quite uncomfortable. The nail paint job was ok but I could have done an equally good job at home.

Lovely place! the colour i picked looks a bit odd and blotchy on.. but it was super reasonable and they painted the varnish on nicely.
