Had to wait for 45 minutes when I had booked a specific time and turned up 5 mins early. The nail technician cut my finger by slipping with the nail file.
Very unhygienic, staff re-use acetone that they use to remove customers nail varnish and false nails, by pouring it back into the bottle. Also, I saw no system for disinfecting nail files, blades and other equipment.
Nails on each hand were different widths (i.e., one thumb nail is much thinner than the one on the other hand). Overall very dissatisfied with the service, would not recommend.

Nice place but taking off of the SNS took way too long! I was in a rush and had hoped they would be quicker. They don’t wrap the nails in foil which I think works faster
