Booked last minute for a 10am manicure 30 min before the treatment.
The salon was still closed and so I could not book by phone, but Treatwell offered an option to book online which I did and was seen at 10am.
The salon opens at 10am, its clean, friendly service, my gel manicure is still on and hasn't cheeped at all 2.5 days after the treatment.

I almost cancelled when I saw all the negative reviews but for me my experience in the salon was good. Of course it is not 1st class service but my gel nail manicure looked perfect so it is what I wanted and for 15 pounds it S very good value for money.
