The staff are really nice and the place is really nice to get your nails however in order to improve when you allow booking to take place for a certain time and the staff are late is does not give a good impression but overall they did a very good job but that was one of the downfall was waiting even though I had booked an appointment

great place. like a hidden gem and they seem to do lots of different treatments under one roof. However my appointment was at 2pm, arrived at 5 past and upon arrival they said 10 -15 minute wait. I then said I will probably need to re-book as I'm on a 1 hour lunch break but they then assisted me within 5 minutes and have never had eyelash extensions done so quickly! I was out in 40 mins! however, it has now been a couple of weeks an most of the extensions in the left eye have dropped out. I feel like it probably was quite rushed which is why they haven't held up as long as when I have had extensions in other places. the price was good but I would advise them to not be so rushed with their customers!
