overall very very everage experince and bad lashes quality, if you are looking for a quick cheap fix thats your place but the lashes stayed on for less than a week so not sure if its worth it

Waited over 1 hour to be seen. They were running late but no one came to inform me that this was the case, or how long I will have to wait. Once it was my turn the gel used to take my lashes off started burning my eyes- there was NO URGENCY to go and get cold water or water to rinse this out- just a wet wipe. There were two staff members seeing to me, I found this unprofessional and didn’t see why this was the case. One lady seemed like she didn’t know how to remove the lashes nor think it urgent to get her client who’s eyes are burning from the gel, water! It was a traumatising experience to say the least. After the lash extension ‘removal’ I could see that the glue was mostly still on my lashes and it was really clunky. The technician then started cutting what felt like my own lashes to separate them as the glue didn’t come off. I got a set of classic lashes done - it looked very sparse - I have naturally thick lashes and this looked like I had no lashes on. I dread to think what my actual lashes now look like underneath!!! Worst lash experience ever. I can see the glue was laid on quite thick on the lashes - I was unable to brush through my lashes. This has never been the case for me.
I’m very annoyed, angry and disappointed. Only came here because i needed my lashes done last Minute and the reviews seemed decent. I will not be recommending or returning to this place for lashes. I had to pay £8 for the traumatic lash removal experience on top of what i already paid. Quite a few lashes have started to fall out already and it’s only been 24hrs!!
The lash technician did say thank you for waiting to be seen, as I was leaving the premises.

I got my eyebrows threaded and my treatment itself was fine, however the studio was a little messy and not the cleanest I’ve ever seen so I don’t know if I’d recommend any treatment which requires higher standards of sanitation. The store says it opens at 9:30, I booked my appointment T 10:00 and the staff arrived at 10:10. Other than that, the result itself was fine; it was quickly done and looked good.
