Really bad customer service. Shellac Manicure was badly done and staff were visibly laughing about their customers. Very unhappy and would not recommend.

I had an appointment at 6.30pm and only got seen at 7pm. Despite the staff being polite, the atmosphere is busy and not relaxing. I was initially pleased with my shellac manicure but not anymore - it is meant to last up to 2 weeks but has already chipped within 6 days!! I am extremely disappointed which is a shame as I was hoping this could be my local salon.

Staff was friendly and helpful and my nails look great! Only thing was that I had a scheduled appt and wasn’t seen for 25 minutes after.
