Despite my booking I’ve been treated with 20mn late and my nails were filed with complete asymmetry, not even straight. I had to request amends more than 4 times so I felt really fussy. My shellac is broken on one nail after three days, it’s a shame.

I booked this place for the first time because it was discounted. The guy doing my nails was watching YouTube videos the whole time with his headphones in so wasn't paying much attention to my nails! They kept talking in Chinese so I couldn't understand a word and a girl working there was eating from a lunchbox at the next station. They didn't have the colour I wanted so I had to pick another. The manicure itself was fine but it wasn't good service so I wouldn't personally go back
