Regardless that I arrived to my lash extension appointment way beforehand, I was seen straight away. The woman who did my lashes was extremely friendly, took on board my preferences and requirements, and really took her time, which showed in the results. Although, the staff handle multiple clients at the same time, resulting in a lot of stopping and starting. The atmosphere of the lash store is definitely not relaxing or calming in any way, nor is the chair you sit in comfortable at all. That being said, my lash extensions looked absolutely great.
